Pre-Check List for Publishing

Before publishing models to Creo View, it is necessary to confirm some items per company standards.

  • Dimension tolerances are displayed as desired: Plus/Minus, for example.

  • Ensure config.pro for publishing worker is set.

  • Asymmetric tolerances are set to mid-spec: Smaller holes, 0-10mm, for example.

  • May not apply to certain diameter holes.

Figure 2 - Viewing Mid-Spec Asymmetric Tolerance Before publishing, confirm the following items per company standards:

  • Dimension tolerances are displayed as desired — Dimension tolerances should be properly displayed, plus/minus, for example. If using WVS to publish, ensure the tolerancing information is properly specified in the config.pro for the worker.

  • Asymmetric tolerances are set to mid-spec — This typically applies to smaller holes of 0mm to 10mm in size, and may not apply to holes of certain diameters.
