Accessing Combined States

You can access combined states in various ways in addition to selecting the Annotate tab.

  • View manager Also Display combined views check box.

  • View tab

  • Add to Quick Access toolbar

Figure 2 - View Tab and Quick Access Toolbar In addition to selecting the Annotate tab, you can access combined states in the following ways:

  • View manager — From the All tab in the view manager, you can access the combined states directly. You can also select the Display combined views check box, which displays the combined states in tabs along the bottom of the interface.

  • View tab — From the Model Display group in the View tab, you can click Display Combined Views Figure from the Manage Views types drop-down menu. The combined state tabs display along the bottom of the interface.

  • Add to Quick Access Toolbar — You can also add the Display Combined Views Figure icon to the Quick Access toolbar. Simply right-click Display Combined Views Figure from the Manage Views types drop-down menu in the Model Display group and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar .
