Figure 3 - Cutouts with Bolt Patterns Before detailing a model using MBD, you should determine which features will be annotated. Select and group features based on type/function, size, or relative location on the model. The grouping of features is ultimately placed in the Mbd7 series of combined states, and also drives the site map.
Examples of grouping of features could include the following:
