All the annotation types of a 2-D drawing are reproduced in the 3-D environment. However, Some annotation types contain different characteristics than their 2-D counterparts. Notes, for example, can exist Flat to Screen. This means they are fixed, similar to the notes of a drawing. Conversely, planar notes rotate with the model.
